From Tennis to Pickleball: Building the Soft Game
For tennis players switching to pickleball: shrink the swing and learn the dink, the third shot drop, and the reset.
S Coming from tennis, or from nothing at all? Either way, let's get you playing.
I played tennis through high school, stopped for ten years, and came back through pickleball because it was easier on my knees and a lot more social. The switch wasn’t as simple as I expected: my tennis swing kept sending balls long, and dinking felt like a foreign language.
I help beginners and former racquet players build the soft game that wins pickleball points: dinks, resets, and the patience to wait for the right ball. We’ll talk through your game by call, I’ll text you short drill plans, and if you film a few points I’ll break them down with you.
15 minutes. Tell me where you are, I'll tell you what I'd do.
